PAYMENT INFORMATION

Coastal Classic Creations accepts all major credit cards and payments through PayPal.  To place an order with a major credit card, please be advised that we have enabled Address Verification through our bankcard processor.  Address Verification is designed by bankcard processors to assist in identifying potentially fraudulent credit card transactions. For every credit card authorization, AVS compares the billing address and ZIP code provided by the customer to the address and ZIP code on file at the card issuing bank.  If this information does not match, your order may be rejected and you must contact the bank who issued your card.

In order to place an order using PayPal, you must have a confirmed address in PayPal.  PayPal provides this extra layer of fraud protection to guard against stolen credit cards and identity theft.  For more information on how to confirm your address in PayPal, please click here.  We do not accept payments using PayPal "Send Money" or "Request Money" feature.  

PHONE, MAIL AND FAX ORDERS

We do not accept orders by phone.  We do accept orders by fax or mail only if our Terms of Service are agreed to first.  Please complete our Order by Fax/Mail form to place an order by mail or by fax.  Failure to do this will result in significant delays.
