Upon confirmation, ordering information is sent securely to Coastal Classic Creations for processing. The customer will be notified via e-mail and notification from the carrier chosen by the customer upon checkout as to when the order is shipped, and will be sent a tracking number via e-mail. We make every attempt to process and ship all packages within three (3) to five (5) business days from the placing of your order and the clearing of your credit card/PayPal payment, which generally is one (1) business day. Therefore, it may take up to five (5) business days for you to receive notification of shipment. We define "business" days as Monday through Friday, Pacific Time. You will receive an automated confirmation from Coastal Classic Creations changing your order from "confirmed" to "shipped". For online orders, we charge actual shipping based on UPS and USPS rates, which are displayed in your cart and during checkout. These charges are calculated and automated within our shopping cart system and all charges are clearly visible during the check out process. SHIPPING INFORMATION FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS All domestic packages are shipped via United Parcel Service INSURED (UPS) or the United States Postal Service Priority Mail INSURED (USPS). USPS Priority mail generally takes 1 to 4 days (excluding Sundays) with UPS taking 1 to 5 business days. Both of these options are trackable; however, UPS provides Quantum View Notification, whereas the United States Postal Service provides a tracking number only. To track your package, either go to UPS and enter your tracking number or go to USPS and enter your tracking number. Delivery Time
Delivery time for UPS is calculated according to actual "business days" and does not include weekends or holidays. USPS does currently deliver to some locations on Saturdays, however that is subject to change. These delivery times are estimated by the carrier and are not guaranteed. These delivery times do not include the time taken to process and fulfill your order at our facilities and this should only be used as a transit average.
SHIPPING INFORMATION FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS All international packages are shipped via United States Postal Service Priority International Mail INSURED (USPS). USPS Priority International Mail INSURED generally takes 6 to 10 business days. You will be sent your Tracking Number via e-mail from Coastal Classic Creations. Once you receive your tracking number from Coastal Classic Creations, the package's progress can be followed on line by accessing www.usps.com and entering the tracking number given.
