Lipsticks & Lip Care
Our lipsticks are very emollient and not dry; therefore, their application is variable. This means that you can apply them very lightly and get a softer color out of them. If you want them to be darker, you can reapply, and do so. This is why a soft lip brush works much better than attempting to put these on with fingertip application. It should be noted that our lipsticks do have a detectable scent like a honey smell emanating from the candelilla wax. We do not sell traditional lipliners due to our omission of titanium dioxide, mica, and metallic debris. However, our lipsticks are our mechanism for "lip liner" when used with a brush. To use the lipstick as a liner, pick up lipstick onto a good quality lip brush and outline and frame the lips with the color. You might even consider powdering over that frame line and repeat the process. Then, fill in with the lipstick color itself. This works very well as a substitute for lip lining pencils since pencils often create an artificial look once lipstick wears off.
