"Refreshing Mist" Loose Powder Foundation can be used on all skin types. This powder reduces shine and provides a smooth, soft feel to the skin.  Its disinfectant properties emanating from our premium cornstarch can help heal blemishes and inflammations, and provides a matte finish for oily skin without the constant reapplying of powder to  tame shine throughout the day. For use on dry to very dry skin, this powder does not draw oils from the skin and can be used on dry skin types without negative results.  

We are a completely toxicant-free cosmetic line; therefore, due to our omission of ingredients with cell damaging potential (adhesives), this product may require buildable coverage depending on your coverage needs.  In order to achieve maximum coverage, apply one of our facial nourishers or oils, then our base primer, and, then our tinted or translucent powder.  Application of our concealer varies according to the individual's coverage needs.

To apply, either use a latex-free wedge  (which is provided with the product) or a Kabuki brush.
