COASTAL CLASSIC CREATIONS, A California Corporation, is dedicated to the development of cosmetics and personal care products made without carcinogenic toxicants or any toxicants, which are known or which are strongly suspected of causing harm to all forms of life. We create all of our products by incorporating simple, botanical, gentle, and renewable ingredients. With careful and deliberate filtration of metallic debris (lead, mercury, cyanide, salts, and arsenic) from all our cosmetic pigments and use of the highest purity certified organic ingredients available, our resolute mission is to provide clean, alternative personal care products in an effort to minimize risk factors that contribute to disease. Every item made by Coastal Classic Creations offers worthiness, purity, and peace of mind with the rationale for each ingredient used based on scientific papers, physical property description, and chemical content data.

We list all ingredients on all products to protect your health, not just some ingredients on some products to protect our image. COASTAL CLASSIC CREATIONS does not waver product to product in its steadfast commitment to the following:

All of our products contain no nano-sized or micronized particles, specifically zinc oxide powder, boron nitride, zinc oxide, zinc oxide coated with dimethicone, zinc stearate, titanium dioxide, mica metallic oxides, mica coated with titanium dioxide, serecite mica, dimethicone, bismuth oxychloride, talc, isostearyl neopentanoate, carmine, metallic salts, Sodium PCA, magnesium stearate, magnesium myristate, or phenoxyethanol. None our of products contain ferric ammonium ferrocyanide, coal-tar colors, cocamide, manganese violet (methyl violet), chromium green, chromium hydroxide green, FD&C dyes, or Lake colorants. We do not use cobalt, chromium. gold, gold dust, or palladium in any of our ingredient deck. We omit all synthetic fragrance oils, tocopherols (Vitamin E and its derivatives), castor oil, and any essential oils that warn of avoidance for individuals with a history of estrogen-dependent cancer. We are cognizant of environmental estrogens and have eliminated all parabens, placental extracts, Benzophenones, and all ingredients with any connection to estrogenicity. We also omit any fragrance or essential oil with phthalates (endocrine disruptors) and use only premium grade oils. Our entire ingredient (without exception) is free of Germaben II, propylene glycol, stearalkonium chloride, musks, aluminum starch, petroleum distillates, liquid paraffin, formaldehyde, urea, copolymers, dioxane, lanolin, hydroquinone, petrochemicals, detergents, sugar solutions (ammonium hydroxide), bamboo silk powder (96% silicon dioxide), rice silk powder, bentonite clay, sulfates, PPD, BHA, DEA, cocamide DEA, TEA, PEG-8 (ethoxylated chemicals), phenoxyethanol (aromatic ether alcohol). palymitoyl oligopeptide and polyethylene, isoeugenol, cinnamal, pesticides, herbicides, and all agri-chemicals. This ingredient divulgence includes all synonyms and compounds.

This critical page is the backbone of our company providing detailed chemical data, mesh to micron specifications, and product information pertaining not only to those ingredients we incorporate into our products, but also to those that we do not. Further supporting our work, we offer links to "Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986", a proposition enacted to protect California citizens and the State's drinking water sources from chemicals known to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm, and to inform citizens about exposures to such chemicals. We also comply with the tenets of the European Cosmetics Directive. This compliance pertains to all amendments therein.

As for our effect on the global environment, make every attempt to minimize unnecessary and environmentally-damaging packing peanuts, styrofoam, and plastic. We use PVC-free, aluminum free, and Bisphenol-A free containers and biodegradable cornstarch peanuts. On occasion, we recycle packaging peanuts that have been shipped to us. We use acid-free, recycled paper for all of our information cards. We use no aerosol sprays or genetically modified or altered ingredients. We use high quality cosmetic clays, which are comprised of decomposed plant matter from the very cycles of life the earth uses to regenerate itself. We support tangible improvement in the lives of organic farmers by purchasing our raw materials directly from them and from suppliers who share our fair trade philosophy. We use no ingredient that is acquired from deforested lands. Coastal Classic Creations does not use, nor allow within its facility, chemical cleaning agents, bleaches, synthetic and chemical based soaps, ammonia, chlorine, dioxide, commercial pest repellents, fumigants, or other synthetic agents which are harmful to the environment. Cleaning products used within our facilities are plant-based and biodegradable. We do not heat any of our products in plastic containers. All of our cosmetics, including our brushes, contain no animal byproducts.
