Returns

At Coastal Classic Creations®, your satisfaction matters. However, due to hygiene standards and the need to maintain the integrity of our exclusive products, we are unable to accept returns. All sales are final.

Exchanges

Permitted Exchanges

Exchanges are considered only if there was an error on our part, such as sending the wrong product. Please notify us within five (5) days of receipt of your order using our Contact Us form.

Conditions for Exchange

  • The product must be reported unused and in its original condition.
  • If you believe an item is defective (for example, a product arriving with an unusual odor or texture), please contact us within ten (10) days of receipt using our Contact Us form.
  • Quality concerns reported after this period are not eligible for return or replacement.

  • Samples and mini sizes
  • Custom jewelry pieces
