Most orders ship within 2–5 business days. We do not ship on weekends. Larger or international orders may require additional time. You will receive an email with tracking once your order ships.

We ship via USPS Ground Advantage™ (insured) or USPS Priority Mail® (insured).

International Shipping
International orders ship via Priority Mail International® (insured) or First Class Package International Service™ (insured).
- Priority Mail International®: 6–10 business days
- First Class Package International™: 7–21 business days
Delivery times are estimates only. Customs duties, taxes, or fees are the buyer’s responsibility. No refunds are given for unpaid customs charges.

Damaged or Lost Packages
- Damaged: Contact us with photos of the item and packaging. Items may need to be returned or an affidavit completed for our insurance carrier. Please retain all packaging until resolved.
- Lost: If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, we will investigate. No replacement or refund is issued until the insurance claim is settled. Fraudulent claims will be reported.
International Customs Notes
- Packages purchased as “gifts” are not exempt from customs under U.S. law.
- If your order is delayed, quarantined, or disposed of by customs, responsibility lies with the buyer.
- If returned due to unpaid duties or customs issues, reshipping charges will apply.
