Shipping Policy

At Coastal Classic Creations®, we take great care in preparing your handcrafted skincare, non-toxic lipsticks, and natural gemstone jewelry. Most orders ship within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST will begin processing the following business day.

Larger orders or international shipments may require additional processing time. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship domestic orders via USPS Ground Advantage™ (insured) and USPS Priority Mail® (insured). Shipping rates are calculated by weight at checkout.

  • USPS Ground Advantage™: 2–5 business days transit time.
  • USPS Priority Mail®: 1–3 business days transit time.

Delivery times are USPS estimates and are not guaranteed. We do not offer expedited or overnight shipping. Coastal Classic Creations® is not responsible for USPS delays. Free domestic shipping may be offered during promotional periods; service selection is at our discretion.

Packages Stuck in Transit (Insurance Claims)

If your tracking information shows your package is "Stuck in Transit" (no movement updates), please contact us. Per our insurance provider, Shipsurance, a package is not officially declared "Lost" until 20 calendar days have passed from the date of the last tracking update.

No replacements or refunds will be issued until this 20-day waiting period has concluded and the insurance claim is finalized. We appreciate your patience as we work with the carrier to locate your items.

International Shipping

International orders ship exclusively via USPS Priority Mail International® (insured). We currently support shipping to: Australia, Canada, Finland, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Mexico, Norway, Singapore, and the United Kingdom.

  • USPS Priority Mail International®: Estimated 6–10 business days.

Customs & Duties: Customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. No refunds are issued for unpaid customs charges. Items cannot be marked as “gifts” to avoid duties per U.S. law. Responsibility for items delayed or quarantined by customs lies with the buyer.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 10 calendar days of the carrier’s delivery scan. Please provide clear photos of the damaged item and all original packaging.

Lost Packages: If tracking indicates a package as "Delivered" but it has not been received, you must notify us within 10 calendar days of the scan so we may initiate a carrier investigation.
