How long does processing take?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by desination, and custom duties or taxes may apply in your country.
What shipping options are available?
Domestic: USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail Insured. International: Priority Mail Internatonal or First Class Package International Service (Insured).
How do I choose the right shade for my skin color?
Our Shade Finder Tool helps you find shade suggestions based on your answers to a three-step question form.
Are your gemstones ethically sourced?
Yes. We use one supplier in the United States who has confirmed for us that our gemstones are ethically sourced.
How do I measure my bracelet size?
To find your size, wrap a piece of string loosely around your wrist, cut it, and measure it against a ruler. Add 0.5” for a comfortable fit. Bracelet sizes range from approximately 5.5”–8.5”.
What is the Mohs scale?
The Mohs scale measures gemstone hardness on a scale from 1 to 10, indicating resistance to scratching and wear. Each bracelet listing includes the specific hardness value for that gemstone.
Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?
All products are cruelty-free, and many are vegan. We maintain recognized cruelty-feee certifications.
Are your cosmetics gluten free and Non-GMO?
Yes all of our products are gluten free and non-GMO.
What ingredients do you avoid?
We exclude ingredients known or suspected to cause harm (e.g. parabens, phthalates, formaldehyde, certain synthetic dyes). Formulations are developed using research-driven, skin-safe ingredients.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. We formulate with gentle ingredients and avoid common irritants. Always consult with your healthcare provider if you are under treatment for any specific skin condition.
What is the difference between organic and non-toxic beauty products?
Organic beauty products are made from ingredients grown without the use of pesticides, fertilizers, or chemicals. Non-toxic beauty products, on the other hand, focus on excluding harmful chemicals like parabens, sulfates, and phthalates. While all organic products are non-toxic, not all non-toxic products are certified organic.
