To Use

Best eyebrow pencil

I bought this color, the dark brown and the charcoal. I use all 3 to define and fill in my brows. I use this particular color to create the hairlike strokes and the other colors to fill in. It's a great combination. Best of all, no titanium dioxide or other nasty ingredients. So thankful to find these.
