To Use

1. Prep: Apply over a clean lid or a light base to create an even surface.

2. Apply: Using an eyeshadow brush, sweep gently across the pressed powder to pick up pigment.

Tip: Use a slightly dampened brush for enhanced payoff or to create a more precise liner effect.
