At Coastal Classic Creations®, we maintain strict hygiene and safety standards for our handcrafted collection. Our return policy is designed to protect the integrity of our non-toxic lipstick, natural gemstone jewelry, and handcrafted skincare.

1. Return Window

We offer a 10-day return window from the date of the carrier's delivery scan for items that arrive defective or were incorrectly shipped.

2. Eligibility & Hygiene

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us at info@coastalclassiccreations.com within 10 days with a photo of the issue.
  • Prepaid Return Labels: For verified defects or shipping errors, we will email you a prepaid USPS return shipping label. Simply print the label and drop the package at any USPS location.
  • Product Condition: To be eligible for a resolution, items must be unused. While we understand you must open the shipping box to inspect your order, products that show signs of use or wear cannot be accepted for hygiene reasons.
  • Final Sale (Color & Scent): Because our items are personal-use and handcrafted, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect color/scent choices or "buyer's remorse."

3. Resolution Process

Once your request is verified and the defective item is received back at our studio, we prioritize your resolution. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. There are no restocking fees for verified defects.

4. Cancellations

Because our items are mindfully handcrafted to order in our Montara, California studio, the production process begins shortly after an order is placed. For this reason, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they have been confirmed.
