To Use

Use light, feathery strokes to mimic natural hairs, starting from the inner brow and working outward. Blend with a spoolie for a natural finish. Build color as desired.

Additional Information

Formulated using synthetic, cosmetic-grade iron oxides that are rigorously purified and filtered to eliminate heavy metal impurities. These pigments are tested to meet or exceed FDA (21 CFR 73.2250) and EU Regulation 1223/2009 safety standards. As a result, our brow products are free from lead, arsenic, and mercury and are certified safe for use on the eyes, lips, and face.

Best eyebrow pencil I've found

I bought this color, the dark brown and the charcoal. I use all 3 to define and fill in my brows. They don't use titanium dioxide (only brand I have found so far) or any other heavy metals. It works really good too. About to buy more, so pretty good product.
