1. Prep: Apply over a clean lid or a light base to create an even surface.
2. Apply: Using an eyeshadow brush, sweep gently across the pressed powder to pick up pigment.
3. Blend & Build: Apply to the lid and blend outward for soft definition, or layer to deepen intensity.
Tip: Use a slightly dampened brush for enhanced payoff or to create a more precise liner effect.
