This elegant stretch cord bracelet features pearlescent 8 mm soft gray Labradorite gemstones. Labradorite exhibits iridescent sparks of green and blue as it is moved around in light. Labradorite, a member of the feldspar family, was named for the peninsula of Labrador in Canada where the stone was first discovered. The stone contains lustrous metallic tints, known as schillers, the effect of which emanates from the lamellar structure of feldspar. Metaphysically, Labradorite is also known to act as a shield of protection, is thought to detoxify the body, and is believed to promote self-transformation. The bracelet looks fabulous on its own or worn in a stack of other bracelets and wrist malas.
