Details

The Tibetan (Dzi) Rust Agate Sanctuary Bracelet features replicas of the enduring history of Dzi stones that were first created between 2000 and 1000 B.C. in the Indus Valley (the Northwestern regions of South Asia). It is understood by historians that Tibetan soldiers brought home thousands of stones which were carved into amulets for protection. Today, Tibetan (Dzi) gemstones are created using sanding, laser etching, and color enhancement. These processes create a gemstone that has a uniqueness and synergy. The bracelet is made up of 8mm solid agate stones with interesting patterns, textures, and colors. The stones feature deep orange, rust, copper, red, and tan with rare bands of gold and brown surrounding each stone. Varied and unusual in their coloration, agates are a type of chalcedony which is a form of quartz. Metaphysically, Tibetan (Dzi) stones offer protection from harm, and provide sanctuary and refuge. The bracelet looks fabulous on its own or worn in a stack of other bracelets and wrist malas.

Due to the organic nature of the genuine stones in this bracelet, each piece will display variations in color and appearance. No two pieces are alike.

HOW TO MEASURE YOUR WRIST BEFORE SELECTING A BRACELET SIZE:

Take a piece of string and wrap it loosely around your wrist. Cut the string, and then measure the string against a ruler to determine its length. For a proper fit, add one-half inch to that measurement. For example, if your string measures 6.5”, you would order a size 7” bracelet.
